Counselling

How can counselling help you?

Integrative Counselling puts your needs at the centre of everything I do. It allows me to help you in whatever way you need and with whatever you are ready, willing and able to work on. Some people know what they want to explore and others have no idea but either way, integrative counselling allows me to guide you to find the tools you need. Integrative counselling uses the best elements of well- known counselling models to help you with a wide range of human problems and you can work short term, long term or anywhere in between, depending on your individual needs and goals.

100% of my previous clients have said that they would recommend me and that is because the process of counselling allows me to listen and respond to your needs, leaving you feeling empowered to make positive changes in your life. It can help you feel confident in being yourself and give you the support you need to negotiate what you want in life.

Some people come to counselling just to be heard, and other people come to find the strength they need to move away from things making them unhappy. Whatever you want to do, you will be given a non-judgemental, safe and confidential space to allow you to be you.
