Cancellation Policy

Time and space has been reserved just for you so if you wish to cancel your appointment then there is a minimum 50% cancellation fee charge at all times. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours then the full fee applies, unless we are able to rearrange your appointment in the same working week at a mutually agreeable time. All fees are non-refundable.
