Counselling Supervision

I am a qualified Supervisor with over ten years of experience working with Adults & CYP, including school counselling offering regular supervision for counsellors.

I have eleven years of experience as an Integrative Psychotherapist, including school counselling, youth agencies and private practice. I specialise in working with CYP and I am qualified as a Level 5 CYP Practitioner and registered with NCPS as a CYP Specialist. I also have extensive experience in working with young people and adults in private practice so I'd love to support you with either, or both, client groups.

My approach is warm, supportive, and rooted in empowerment—helping you become the most effective counsellor you can be. I believe that the most transformative work happens within a strong therapeutic relationship, built on trust and collaboration. That’s why I take a thorough yet flexible approach, always balancing your needs with those of your clients to create a space where both can thrive.
